TRACK SAWING

TRACK SAWING

Track sawing is a fast and precise method of forming cuts and openings in reinforced concrete. The track saw can be attached horizontally or vertacally on walls, floors or steep inclines where it is not permitted for the use of conventional cutting equipment.

A track system is anchored to the substrate being cut with a mounted hydraulic saw head with a diamond blade attached. The head travels backwards and forwards along the track powered by a hydraulic drive unit. Each pass the blade is plunged into the substrate until the required depth is achieved
